2024 Season Highlights

Competed in the indoor season for NCU... Ran a career-best mile at the Jack Johnson Classic with a time of 5:53.11... Ran a personal best in the 800 meter with a time of 2:10.29 at the UMAC Indoor Championship.

2023 Season Highlights

Competed in both indoor and outdoor track and field for the Rams... In the indoor season, posted his best time in the 60 meter dash in 7.82 seconds at the CSS Opener... At the UMAC Indoor Championships, helped the DMR to a 4th place finish... In outdoor, ran both his best 100 meter dash (12.38 seconds) and 400 meter (59.80 seconds) at the St. Thomas Tomcat Invite... Took to the 800 meter run earning his overall best at the Rider Bolstorff Invitational in 2:13.65... Helped the 4 x 800 meter relay team to a 4th place finish at the UMAC Outdoor Championships. 
 
Prep Career

Ran Track and Field for Bloomer High School where he was a four time letter winner as well as a team captain... Holstad was also a member of the Football team where he earned another two letters and was named team captain... All-Conference Honors member in the school choir.

Personal

Born a native of Bloomer, Wisconsin on May 6th, 2004... Parents are Ryan and Jill Holstad... Has two siblings named Conner and Olivia.
