St. Paul, MN – The Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) has announced its list of this year's women's soccer awards. The awards are nominated and voted on by the UMAC women's soccer head coaches. Four total Rams were honored with conference accolades this season.
Paula Capili and
Ramiyah Words both earned Second Team All-Conference Honors,
Ellison Powell was named All-Conference Honorable Mention, and
Erma Ramirez was awarded the UMAC Sportsmanship Award.

Paula Capili (Jr. | Georgetown, TX) was named Second Team All-Conference in her second season as a Ram. Paula played in 17 and started 14 games for North Central, totaling 1438 minutes played from her forward position. The junior had a team-high four goals and one assist on the year. She led the team with 26 total shots, 17 of them being on goal.
Ramiyah Words (Jr. | Greenfield, WI) also earned Second Team All-Conference. Ramiyah played and started in all 17 games for the Rams, totaling 1456 minutes in all. The junior also had two goals and one assist on the year. From her defensive position, she was fourth on the team with 9 total shots, 6 of which were on target.
Ellison Powell (Fr. | Des Moines, IA) was named All-Conference Honorable Mention in her first season as a Ram. Ellison played and started in all 17 games for NCU, totaling 1502 minutes played from her defensive position. In addition to anchoring the team's backline, Powell contributed one assist on the season.
Erma Ramirez (Sr. | White Bear Lake, MN) was named the UMAC Sportsmanship Award winner. Erma played and started in net all 17 games this season, totaling 1473 minutes. The senior led the UMAC in total saves with 231 saves on the year. This ranks 2nd in all of NCAA Division III for the 2025 season.
